This data, along with that submitted by others encountering similar problems, should help the hosting specialists who are currently investigating this locate the source of the error more expediently. While, unfortunately, we have not been provided a set time at which these download problems will be resolved, more information on its source and resolution will be available to us if we can provide enough trace information to pinpoint the issue's origin. I will notify you once I receive any word back from our contacts regarding the progress of repairing your site's download capacity; In the meantime, please note that other delivery methods, such as the Campus Hosted Download function, should be unaffected by this problem and will still serve to provide your users the software you wish to distribute. We thank you for your continued patience in this matter and I apologize sincerely for any inconvenience this causes to you or your users.Hjälp till med att rapportera fel på MSDN-AA

We are aware of the issue with the Microsoft Hosted ELMS server and are working with Microsoft to have this issue resolved.
Over the past week and a half, Microsoft has been in the process of completing required maintenance and service improvements to their Content Delivery Network. As a result of these efforts, your users may have experienced some connectivity and performance issues when attempting to download their MSDNAA software. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, and would like to assure you that we take this matter seriously. Should you or your users continue to experience issues related to the performance or availability of software downloads, we would like to ask if you would forward the following information (below) so that we may target the specific infrastructure components serving your community in our subsequent investigations.
1. Specific time of day for transaction attempt
2. Software Package/Product requested
3. Output of either of the following diagnostic commands as entered from a command tool:
tracert software.msdnaa.net
or
nslookup software.msdnaa.net
The output of the commands will be similar to the following and will provide, at a minimum, identification of the specific server intended to handle the download request, and also the network path associated with reaching the server in question if tracert is used:
or textually…
C:\>tracert software.msdnaa.net
