Microsoft® Agent comes with a cast of three characters: Merlin, Genie, and Robby. Developers can use these characters as interactive assistants to introduce, guide, entertain, or otherwise enhance their Web pages or applications. Microsoft® Agent also includes tools for defining custom characters.
